The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Amberley Village fell by $397,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 – a 68.2% decrease over the $582,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Amberley Village in August 2018.
