The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Fairfax rose by $83,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 – a 60.6% increase over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fairfax in July 2018.
