The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Indian Hill rose by $554,275 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,348,000 – a 69.8% increase over the $793,725 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Indian Hill in August 2018.
