The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Pleasant Run fell by $600 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 – a 0.4% decrease over the $135,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Pleasant Run in July 2018.
