The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Reading rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 – a 9.9% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Reading in July 2018.
