REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati announces 2025 Circle of Excellence Award winners

The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) has announced the winners of its 2025 Circle of Excellence Awards, recognizing top real estate professionals and affiliates in the region. The awards were presented at a luncheon that honored individuals and teams for their dedication, professionalism, and achievements in the real estate sector.

Beth Gerbus Akeley of Comey & Shepherd received the REALTOR of the Year award, which is considered the highest honor by the association. Sandra Lettie of RE/MAX Preferred Group was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her more than 15 years of service to both RAGC and the community.

Heather Kopf from Kopf Hunter Haas was given the Good Neighbor Award for her commitment to community improvement. Joe Bruening of Republic Bank was named Affiliate of the Year for his active involvement in committee work, education, and sponsorship within RAGC.

The organization also acknowledged top performers in various categories: Julie Back of Sibcy Cline as Top Individual Agent; Southern Ohio Properties – Mike Murtland & Tyler McConnell from Comey & Shepherd as Top Small Team; The Dorger Difference from Comey & Shepherd as Top Medium Team; and Oyler Hines from Coldwell Banker Realty as Top Large Team.

Nearly 700 individual and team honorees were recognized this year, including first-time recipients who joined the Circle of Excellence Awards.

Rob Streicher, President of RAGC, stated: “The Circle of Excellence Awards reflect more than production numbers — they represent the professionalism, dedication, and community impact that define our REALTOR members across Greater Cincinnati. It is an honor to celebrate the individuals and teams who continue to elevate our industry while helping families achieve homeownership and strengthening the communities we serve.”

RAGC operates as a professional trade organization serving real estate professionals throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. The group provides advocacy on legislative matters, educational resources such as courses and certifications, networking opportunities, market data, legal tools, and engages in community initiatives.
