The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Silverton rose by $5,200 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,950 – a 3.8% increase over the $137,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Silverton in August 2018.
