The Civil Justice Committee received significant proponent testimony today on House Bill 283, a proposed legislation that aims to add a judge to the Adams County common pleas court. State Reps. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County) and Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) announced the legislation.Under House Bill 283, sponsored by Pizzulli and Schmidt, there will be two divisions established within the Adams County common pleas court.
