Silverton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Silverton rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,500 - a 3.9% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Silverton in the third quarter of 2018.
