Mariemont home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Mariemont fell by $111,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,750 - a 24.2% decrease over the $460,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mariemont in the third quarter of 2018.
