Woodlawn home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Woodlawn fell by $69,950 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 48.3% decrease over the $144,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in September 2018, as well.
