Golf Manor home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Golf Manor fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,000 - a 23.9% decrease over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Golf Manor in September 2018.
