Mount Healthy home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Mount Healthy rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $104,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mount Healthy in September 2018.
