Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Loveland in September 2018.
