Kenwood home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Kenwood rose by $123,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 54.2% increase over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in September 2018.
