January 2021: Home prices in Lincoln Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 42.9% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Heights in January 2020.
