Rising home prices in Loveland (Hamilton County) in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Loveland in January 2020.
