Median home prices in Newtown rose to $200,000 in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Newtown rose by $78,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 63.9% increase over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Newtown in January 2020.
