What happened to the median home price in Wyoming during January 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Wyoming fell by $500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,000 - a 0.2% decrease over the $324,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wyoming in January 2020.
