The first quarter of 2021: Elmwood Place experienced a 25.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Elmwood Place fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 25.5% decrease over the $47,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Elmwood Place in the first quarter of 2020.
