Springdale median home prices fell by 1.6% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Springdale fell by $2,375 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $147,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Springdale in the first quarter of 2020.
