Sycamore Township median home prices fell by 11.4% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Sycamore Township fell by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,750 - a 11.4% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Sycamore Township in April 2020.
