April 2021: Wyoming experienced a 12.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Wyoming fell by $43,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $353,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wyoming in April 2020.
