April 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,145,000 - a 7% increase over the $1,070,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Indian Hill in April 2020.
