May 2021: Home prices in Kenwood fell

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Kenwood fell by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,000 - a 13.7% decrease over the $314,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Kenwood in May 2020.
