What happened to the median home price in Madeira during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Madeira rose by $34,300 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $300,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Madeira in the second quarter of 2020.
