On July 16, Carrie L. Riley purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 7420 Bernard Ave., Mount Healthy from Terrence L Bayes Sr. for $265,000.

So far in July 2021, five properties sold in Mount Healthy.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Terrence Linden Bayes has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7420 Bernard Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terrence Linden Bayes, 73, and Janice M Bayes, 72.
