How did home prices perform in Woodlawn during July 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Woodlawn fell by $3,125 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $88,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in July 2020.
