How did home prices perform in Reading during July 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Reading rose by $9,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $159,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Reading in July 2020.
