What happened to the median home price in Mariemont during August 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Mariemont rose by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,500 - a 14.3% increase over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mariemont in August 2020.
