This home last sold for $62,900 on Dec. 8, 2006.

This property is one of two sales so far in Golf Manor in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jamison Edward Brogdon has been registered to vote since 2012. Heather May Brogdon has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 6028 Elbrook Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jamison Edward Brogdon, 37, Heather May Brogdon, 36, Chevon Monique Peterson, 34, and Carmel S Peterson, 35.
