The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 627 Blanche Ave., Arlington Heights was sold on Sept. 11 by Kenneth D. Cromer for $155,000. The buyer was Sarah L. Myers.

This property is the only sale in Arlington Heights so far in September 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Estelle Jean Smith, 80, was the only registered voter residing at 627 Blanche Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
