The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 107 Eggerding Drive, Lockland was sold on Oct. 13 by Nathan and Cheire Dalton for $190,000. The buyer was Ian Frazier.

This property is one of four sales so far in Lockland in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Nathan Allen Dalton has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 107 Eggerding Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Syetta Cheire Dalton, 32, Nathan Allen Dalton, 31, and William K Lea.
