The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1843 Heidelberg Drive, Loveland was sold on Oct. 14 by Thomas A. and Michele F. Gilbert for $217,500. The buyers were Jean and Craig Forster.

So far in October 2021, 14 properties sold in Loveland.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1843 Heidelberg Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jacob Matthew Paul, 21, and Justin Allen Gilbert, 39.
