The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 12199 Benadir Road, Springdale was sold on Oct. 13 by Shirley Foster for $170,000. The buyer was Aux Funding LLC.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 19, 2008. It last sold for $65,000.

So far in October 2021, eight properties sold in Springdale.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shirley Foster has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12199 Benadir Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Juanita K Foster, 39, and Shirley Foster, 57.
