The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1861 Roosevelt Ave., Springfield Township was sold on Oct. 26 by Matthew J. Vilas (trustee) for $72,000. The buyer was Julie Marie Jackson.

So far in October 2021, 55 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1861 Roosevelt Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kyle Williams, 26, Lula Belle Williams, 56, and Kenneth Williams, 33.
