Pricing for the median home in Fairfax increased during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Fairfax rose by $125,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,500 - a 82.6% increase over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fairfax in October 2020.
