Rising home prices in Symmes Township in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $371,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Symmes Township in October 2020.
