How did home prices perform in Montgomery during October 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Montgomery rose by $140,000 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Montgomery in October 2020.
