On Dec. 9, Ferd B. and Kathleen M. Lampe sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 9686 Cedarhurst Drive, Northbrook to Briskman Real Estate LLC for $90,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Northbrook in December 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Nellie Jean Toothman, 85, was the only registered voter residing at 9686 Cedarhurst Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
