November 2021: Lockland experienced a 2823.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Lockland rose by $91,750 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 2823.1% increase over the $3,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lockland in November 2020.
