November 2021: Glendale experienced a 33.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Glendale fell by $100,450 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,800 - a 33.3% decrease over the $301,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Glendale in November 2020.
