Arlington Heights median home prices fell by 27.2% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Arlington Heights fell by $28,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 27.2% decrease over the $103,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Arlington Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
