Home prices increased in Springdale during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Springdale rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 14% increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Springdale in the fourth quarter of 2020.
