How did home prices perform in Terrace Park during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Terrace Park fell by $2,600 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $499,900 - a 0.5% decrease over the $502,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Terrace Park in the fourth quarter of 2020.
