Falling home prices in Greenhills in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Greenhills fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 4.8% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Greenhills in December 2020.
