The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9315 Rambler Place, Mount Healthy was sold on Jan. 18 by Ronnie Berry for $169,000. The buyer was Sharice Brown.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 22, 2009. It last sold for $63,000.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Mount Healthy.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ronnie Donovan Berry has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 9315 Rambler Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robbyn Ciara Daniel, 40, and Ronnie Donovan Berry, 50.
