The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 7910 Seward Ave., Mount Healthy was sold on Jan. 24 by David L. Schooler and Burkel Tami for $200,000. The buyer was Stephen J. McClory.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Mount Healthy.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Mary H Fischvogt, 70, was the only registered voter residing at 7910 Seward Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
