City of North College Hill issued the following announcement on Feb 25.
Mr. Blalock,
Congratulations on your appointment to the North College Hill Civil Service Commission! You will be bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the commission, which will be used to maintain the high standards set for selecting excellent candidates to serve the public in North College Hill. You will be appointed to fill the unexpired term of Bev McGlasson, whose term expires December 31, 2023. Please find attached a copy of your oath of office, which you will sign at the ceremony on Monday, March 7 at the meeting of North College Hill City Council. Feel free to invite guests if you desire.
