SAY HELLO TO THE NCH CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION: Last night, the members of the North College Hill Civil Service Commission took their oath of office. The members are from left to right: Mark Fischer; Eugene Blalock Jr.; and Charles King, Jr. It is committed and dedicated public servants such as these individuals that ensure that our hiring process is fair, and that we select and retain excellent employees for our city.
